Following commands are replaced by new commands due to
Binkley and OPUS support: (global change from FD to MAIL)

  FDLOG path              --->  MAILLOG path
  FDHEADER text ^F text   --->  MAILHEADER text ^F text
  FDCHART                 --->  MAILCHART
  FDCHAR                  --->  MAILCHAR

Filenames:

  QDAYFD.ASC/ANS          --->  QDAYMAIL.ASC/ANS


  TEXTPATH path           ---> ignore BBS-configuration and write files
